NEW PORN MOVIE : COCKED AND LOADED

Daves Dethly and Roxy : The Screen shots point to the quality on show.

For starters, what a great title! From a director who is really rising to the top and getting noticed by a lot of people. Myself and Emmanuelle included, we were discussing several movies recently by Daves Dethly in chats we've had. So we wanted to feature some hopefully here on the blog.



I think it's a mark of real quality when people can appreciate the work and style on show even when it's not a favorite genre personally. I tend to like to make lighter movies, but you cannot ignore the skills, and artistry on show in Daves films. It's also getting better and better and evolving, just how a career in SL films should go. I get the sense Daves is pushing himself to build on the last movie made when embarking on a new one. Which can only be great news for the viewer, and fans of this Director.



The lighting, camera moves, use of depth of field, attention to detail on things like animations, sets, locations, all combine to deliver a production of high quality. Thoughtful, and imaginative "Directing".



I am on record here as saying often I'm a big admirer of any director ticking these boxes and going the extra mile to produce like this. When a director really directs, rather than points his Fraps at a scene and records second life, and when you get an obvious sense of the producer being proud of what he's accomplished, the end result is usually  a stand out movie like "Cocked and Loaded".
