Was talking to a friend of mine in Second Life about films that inspire us. I always love when people do new things.
And one of the things I love are XXXcyb's still life photos that he turns into Slideshows. They are sexy and erotic and beautiful. I think he shows that you can be a SL director, even without moving images :)
I'm also adding his link to our list of SL film directors. Creativity is creativity, no matter what the form!

I've done a couple of animated slide shows. Recently one with Jinx's Production pics of Pron, and also a kind of "Graphic Novel". I've approached them in exactly the same way i have my movies, used the same movie making software. I do feel i've directed and edited a movie after.
ReplyDeleteIt is a great way, if approached right, presenting interesting images, of producing movies, telling stories, or showcasing your art.
Especially for those wanting to contribute but maybe don't have the hardware quite yet.
I hope projects like this inspire others. :)
