The Stunning 'Speed Art' of Dina Dinix

I first saw this over at 'New World Notes'. Then checked out Dina Dinix's awesome Youtube Channel. I hope a few of these techniques can be helpful, and useful and used on our scene by some of the keen artists we have in the group wishing to learn some new tips and tricks for their sexy Photography. There are many more to see on the Youtube Channel above.

The Youtube video below is a speed ed up session in PhotoShop that will amaze you and i hope inspire many Pornstars Photographers. It certainly has inspired a novice like myself.

Of course, feel free to pause, go back, and look closely at some of the many expert steps revealed in the clip. Because it's fast!

Re-encountering Jenny Starveling

Browsing my flickr, i couldn't help but notice a gazillion of pictures featuring a familiar name in Jenny Starveling! Seriously, in the time it took me to think "I am going to feature this on the blog", invite her in the group and set the posts up, bam! Here she comes with another few dozens of pics. I liked seeing these very expressive pictures, samples from two sets of hers taken on a simple poolside setting, but check out her flickr and be ready to see plenty of very varied action!

Master & Maid

One ever popular figure in erotic arts and entertainment is of course...the maid! Sexy, pretty, possibly in cute frilly uniforms and French! Well, i have not had a chance to chat with this particular maid and assess her nationality, but she was very busy pleasing (and being pleased by!) her Master. Erotique Gallery 'Snow' Theme Winners Announced!

Our panel of judges had a very hard time with our latest theme in the Erotique Gallery and it was a close run contest. . The judging panel, consisting of  Kirsty Lane ( Of Rack Poses. ), Mirko Panacek ( Of Sensuelle Lingerie. ), Abbadon Soulstar ( Of Heart and Soul Design. ) and Tatiana Easterwood ( Erotic Photographer and Model. ) eventually picked one winner, and two runners up! So, huge congrats to them, from myself and Louise Kristan-Faulds.

The winner receives a share of the Donations made during the gallery from Erotique, a L$1,000 gift card from Heart & Soul Design ( Sex Furnishings. ), a further L$1,000 gift card from Rack Poses, a free outfit  of their choosing from Sensuelle Lingerie and Beach Wear.

The two runners up receive Rack Poses, and Heart & Soul Design Store Cards, and Sensuelle outfits of their choice.

Now onto the Gallery theme winners! In first place was 'Spirit Eleonara', with 'Zuby Gloom', and 'Moon', runners up. Congrats to you all. Huge thanks to everybody who entered. It was a high standard, and some fun pics too. We hope to see you all in the new theme exhibit, announced very soon.

A Sexiest® Photographer : Laura Demonista

If you don't follow Laura Demonista's Flickr projects, then you really should. You get a good helping of sexiness, and a very large helping of creative, clever, and very fun pictures.

You really never know what to expect next. Laura's photography is incredibly diverse, and very inventive. With most, if not all the work done inside Second Life setting up the theme, concept, and poses.

Laura was also a Judge in the last Sexiest Awards. With her eye for fun, and creative erotic imagery making her a perfect choice.

Projecting On Your Naughty Pics and Movies.

Thanks to the great SLebrity SL Blogger Strawberry Singh's recent blog post HERE. And Cajsa Lilliehook who recently put one of her light projectors on Second Life Marketplace HERE ( it's the one i used in the accompanying pictures on this post. ). I had a fun afternoon experimenting and learning some more about using and making projectors for movies and Second Life Photography.



I'm always reluctant to do any type of tip post, or tutorial because i consider myself a novice, and there are many more knowledgeable and skilled than I, however i found these tips and techniques really useful, interesting, and fun to use, so i thought I'd pass them along to those who may find them useful too. Many people are way ahead of me,  but we all sit along the learning curve in different places, so i hope this helps some.



As the movie below will show you there are many ways to create some awesome effects for your pics and video. You can easily apply much of what's shown in this video tutorial to suit your own needs. For static photoshoots, and lighting interior spaces where SL windlight sun cannot reach.



I have used light projectors on our last two movies. Adding shadow effects and local lighting to indoor film sets. The sky is the limit for these effects even when you can't see any sky! Many photographers and Machinima Artists expand on these effects with systems such as Lumi Pro.

THE SEXIEST® FILM AWARDS 2013 : JUDGES ANNOUNCED

We had 9 Judges, scoring 8 categories this year. All Judges scored up to three categories in "Round One" Judging to produce the Nominations Lists.

As head judges, myself and Louise Silverweb assigned scores to Judges preferred lists of 5. ie 1st Place received 6 Points, 2nd 4 Points, 3rd 3 Points, 4th 2 Points, 5th 1 Point. Myself and Louise Did not score, or judge any category. We organised the process, and acted as liaison between judges, a point of contact, and answered Judges queries.

In Round Two, the chosen Nominee's were scored five different ways. In criteria designed to make everybody look into each nomination carefully. So, in Round Two, with judges scoring each nomination 5 times each there were hundreds of points at stake in each category. Which makes it quite amazing that at the final count there was so many close categories.

Now final results are in, and scores sent to Awards Statue maker, and the Shows hostess for inclusion in her script. I will now reveal the Judges scoring this years entries.

About The Judges.

Firstly i have to say, i was a bit disappointed, all the mainstream Machinima avenues we tried to find judges within, including group owners, i came away without success. We hope Awards such as this one can help raise the profile of Second Life Porn so that mainstream Machinima is more eager to be involved. We never wanted to use active or recent Porn Directors for obvious reasons.

However, we have a great mixture of people involved in erotic art and photography, a creator of sexy lingerie, one of the biggest providers of adult entertainment in Second Life, and Judges from businesses which are grid wide famous for delivering us the furnishings, animations and props, for our movies and for our sex life in Second Life! All representing a viewing public with an eye for THE SEXIEST® Film's and Performances.

The Judges donated a huge amount of time to support these awards. They deserve huge credit, and thanks. Judges are either well respected, hard working and creative Photographers, which you'd be very wise to look up and contact if you're seeking the best possible photography. Others gave time out of a busy Second Life schedule from their successful businesses and their precious free time in world.

A huge Thank you to all the judges, from the shows organisers. The awards would not be possible without you.
