A Special Look At The 'New' SL Porn Tube

The 'New' SL Porn Tube has more bandwidth for movies, faster streaming, plus Social network linking.

 SL Porn Tube came along at a very good time for Second Life Porn. Other popular hosting sites for our community's movies were suffering some issues. We were literally entering a period where possibly we had nowhere to host our movies, aside from non specialised general RL Porn sites. Which can often be unreliable.

I think every member of our group should have an account and be able to be active at SL Porn Tube, not just movie producers either, it's good for potential actresses/actors, and those in porn on the look out for their next projects. Support your favourite director's too, or friends in their latest movies. Commenting too ( with nice comments! ) is an excellent way to get yourself seen if you're a newcomer and an excellent ice breaker and introduction. Especialy now the site offers more than just uploads to movie makers. SL Porn Tube now has a Pornstar Directory, and Flickr style photo albums for members.

SL Porn Tube has undergone a transformation and server upgrade tripling bandwidth making HD films possible and expanding storage capacity for more second life films.  SL Porn Tube continues to be on the cutting edge of Machinima Porn and SL Porn.

Before our upgrade process we had many im's and note cards asking for additional features. We incorporated all the features from user requests HD films,a forum, better networking capabilities, robust search and directory, photos, faster streaming, faster uploads, and Pornstar directory. The player software was also upgraded allowing for better embeds with less codes for bloggers and sharing.

During the upgrades SL Porn Tube was unable to continue to support older embed's located in hundreds of blogs. its best for bloggers to update the player embeds to the new faster higher quality player.

The forum is a resource for Producers and Directors to share thoughts experiences on Producing / Directing and casting calls. The forum also allows information on Pornstar Parties and shopping advice information and general Industry information for Pornstars.

New Porn Movie Site : Jasmine's "Virtual Porn Movies"

Some time ago Jasmine Skyward brought us "SL Porn Tube", and in doing so allowed a huge increase in the amount of Second Life Porn movies made, with great facilities for producers and directors to show case their projects.

Now we have a new Site/Blog from the team who brought us SL Porn Tube. "Virtual Porn Videos". I visited yesterday for the first time and was really impressed. After chatting to Jasmine a bit about the project, i added it to the blog roll here right away. Many liked the Naughty Machinima, "Featured Movies" section which helped a lot to keep memorable movies in the spotlight and promote Second Life Porn as entertainment, and an activity to get involved with. SL PORN TUBE PASSES 500 MOVIE MILESTONE!!!

We'd like to send Jasmine Skyward at SL Porn Tube huge congratulations today. As the site passed the big mile stone of 500 videos uploaded.

It did so much to revive the SL Porn scene in 2011, coming to the fore after a few set backs to our scene saw a slow down in productions and left some producers looking for a home for their projects. Jasmine has not only provided this home for over 500 movies now, but also has made it possible for many to re release their projects in better quality with higher size limits than many producers had before.

Including aspects such as Twitter on the front page, has also made the web site feel part of the community to those producers following @SLpornTube. So give that link a click and follow the new releases and movie news on your Twitter!

A recent upgrade to the servers also See's SL Porn Tube geared up and ready to accept the next 500 video's with even faster upload speeds.

SL PORN TUBE TO GET EVEN BETTER!!!

SL Porn Tube has had some major upgrades, which will see much faster upload times, and a ton of extra space. Giving the site the extra capacity to cope for a long time to come. A good thing with the thriving SL Porn scene we are enjoying right now!

If you do experience any problems getting to the site in the next 24 to 48 hours..Don't worry, it'll be right back even better than before, and any problems will be the new switch over settling down.

It's got a really nice design. The videos play fast. And the quality is great!!

Jasmine Skyward and her team deserve SOOO much credit for this.

There are two things holding it back though, and I want to make a public plea for Jasmine and her people to work on.

1. PLEASE ADD EMBED CODE
Pretty please, add this. This is the biggest request. This is 99 percent of what I hope you do. Because if you add embed code, then we can show the movies on your site on our blog. We love the quality so much. We would show those videos all the time on here, I just know it.

2. PLEASE ADD RSS FEEDS FOR NEW VIDEOS
Please add this also. Naughty Machinima has it and now the Kitty Shack does too. RSS feeds updates our site when a new video is added. Its one of the ways Serenity and I check to see if there's new videos to be reviewed (something we've been really slow on lately). Its helpful and other blogs would love it too.

Anyway, we are big fans of the work Jasmine has done with this site. With these improvements, it could easily become the premiere site for SL adult films!

NEW SITE HOSTING SL PORN MOVIES!!!

I chatted to Jasmine Skyward yesterday, about her new web site "SL PORN TUBE" . I also joined the site, and uploaded our latest movie "The Widow" to check out the site and report back on it all here on the blog.

Joining was very easy, and i was logging in as a member inside 2 minutes. Uploading went well, and last but not least at all thanks to SL Porn Tube's Servers and presentation, the film looked as good as i could have hoped. The Widow seen above in the screen grab, was uploaded in H.264 format. The site also accepts movies in flv, avi, wmv, mpeg or mp4 .mpg formats. SL Porn Tube really will do Director's work justice, and show off all the Second Life Porn star's in all their glory!
