SL Connoisseur in the person of its owner mr. Edvard Taurion is always the most swift to provide to the Sexiest Pornstars blog (in the person of, well, lazy me!) the material for a blog post, and here we go. Following the appearance in August of our founder and patron saint Emmanuelle Jameson, a new issue with on the cover none other than the group party planner and dj of hundreds and hundreds of gigs at numerous clubs in our party circuit, Moonie. Needless to say, in a stylish pictorial by Cream Release.
From the technical editor Kristina Deschanel (relatively obscure but pivotal role, in the engine room of the magazine so to speak), to the interviewers and photographers, to the well established and highly followed on flickr Laura Demonista and the centerfold and cover artist Cream herself, the staff of this magazine approaches its first anniversary with the usual commitment and focus, operating as a unity for their larger issue to this date.

Trepass to land, or trespass to goods? To goods, I'd say....just check out Laura's story !

I mentioned under the umbrella name of "interviewers of photographers" what constitutes the bulk of this magazine, as per their tradition, but they deserve individual, in-detail mention. I mention first Edvard himself, as the interview he did with animation and furniture designer RohanaRaven is so fresh, mixing amiable garrulity with rather profound considerations. Such an entertaining read! But it's just the preamble for Beccha and her amphibian trip to Sea of Aquabelliza, Onisa Lundquist in two interviews with fashion designers, and the bombastic Kayla in a very detailed feature about the work of the very talented Nicasio Ansar. I could go off on a tangent here and start praising the mad skillz of this guy that you have already seen portraying countless erotic models and even starring in some of the movies from our porn community, most likely without knowing at all his talent as a sim architect...

...but I won't (she said, after doing so), and instead simply focus on the interviewER. I had the pleasure to follow closely in person the 'on field' work of Kayla Bombastic about this feature, admire her approach and her extremely pleasant conversational style of interview, and precision in the final rendition of it. Myself and the muse of some of Nicasio's most remarkable intuitions , Kei Frequency, are also featured in this interview, as the guy always discreetly tilts the spotlight away from himself. Thanks to Kayla and her photography that complements the interview itself and the journal of her individual exploration, the spotlight is ultimately all on the two sims described, as it should be.

Anyway, we're on the Pornstars blog, what's the status on tits and ass thing, Kat? Yes , yes! SL Connoisseur can tease you with the sexy girls and will! Not only with the rawking hawt Moonie, but also with gte lovely Tammyjones, taking the role of Pet of the Month in a shoot by Onisa, and not enough praise has been levied for Laura Richards' work, in one story with an especially raunchy crescendo!

Heading into a new month, here we have the newest summer sensations. Talking about...

It's the new issue of SL Connoisseur, and well, guess what I am going to put the accent on in this post here for the Sexiest Pornstars blog?

Yep, of course Emmanuelle Jameson's full spread on it, from Cream!

Hey, not to suck up on the boss, Emmanuelle Jameson, or anything (she has plenty to teach me about the art of non-metaphorical sucking!), but simply because the centerfold pictorials by Cream Release are as ever a true highlight of Connoisseur, and what all of you will be looking for the moment you open the mag. I admit it, since the first impact with a new issue of SL Connoisseur is (obviously!) with its cover, I am always tempted to sprint through it to get to bask in the glory of a new pictorial by the wonderful Cream Release. Who has been shooting throughout these months with remarkable ability some of the brightest stars in the world of the SL adult entertainment scene (and me).
In this issue, it's the turn of multi-award winning photographer Spirit Demure-Rust.

SL Connoisseur tastes like strawberry and licorice! ...ok maybe not. Stick to reading it and don't try to lick it !

But as I browse through the magazine, the splashy pages of SL Connoisseur turn out to be molasses for the eyes, and I just have to keep digging in. You can't help but being appreciative of the efforts made by the committed and motivated staff under the direction of Edvard Taurion, whose contributions you won't see in other magazines on the scene, making SL Connoisseur a mag with a distinct individuality, and identity as well. A lifestyle magazine unlike any other. "Always original", as underlined in the intro by mr. Taurion.

Every interview is different from the next, and the personality of the interviewed is a huge difference!

On this issue, what the cover says and more. There are interviews with designers with close ties to our porn community such as Selina Anatra, and more 'mainstream' ones conducted by Asalah Blauvelt and the ever dependable Onisa Lundquist, who once more is in charge of the Pet of the Month pictorial...
This month it is the turn of Margarita ' Margie' Blanco and her new face!

The rest not so new but absolutely still in mint condition!!

And with Beccha being the vivacious explorer with interviews and reports from different locations. Including in this month's issue a trip to one location who is creating some buzz on flickr and around many 'insiders' of the industry, mantained by one person with solid porn accolades back in the day, Lorenz Beerbaum. June is just around the corner! So let's have a peek behind the corner already and take a good look at...

The journey of Edvard Taurion's creation continues, and once more his exclusive team of committed photographers and writers puts together a lifestyle magazine that encompasses various aspects of SL entertainment.

A familiar name to the porn scene and to magazines, the feisty Rhiannon Skinstad!

To no surprise given the names involved and the history of the magazine, there is some quality erotica to be found here! With the first rate quality photography by the wonderful Cream Release, shooting the cover girl and centerfold babe Alexandria Topaz.

Hoping everyone had a merry Christmas, I have to mention ...

Yes yes, it's almost embarassing for me to blog about stuff with my pixel face (and more) on it, but hey, if you have followed The Sexiest flickr group, not to mention this blog too (duh!) thanks to the work of Ali on the gallery posts, you have seen me all Santa'd up throughout the whole month. And for that, I have to thank the delightful Cream Release, author of the cover of Connoisseur for this issue, after her gorgeous shoots of Emily and Erin Cedarbridge in the previous issues.

A lot of remarkable content in this issue, thanks to the Connoisseur staff in full swing!

And the reason why she has so many pics of me in coca cola-ish garb, is because we went through a few reshoots, in different locations. I want to use this space to give the highest possible praise to Cream for her patience, her dedication, and for being an invaluable collaborator any magazine could wish for.
But also to Edvard Taurion, for having a clear vision of what the magazine wanted to portray, giving justice to the his role of magazine editor. The end results proved to be really noteworthy and inspired.

A'ight, enough about my silly face: this magazine has much more than that going for it than Cream's fine photo skills. In fact, the magazine certainly has fine photography in it, but first and foremost, does its best to be a complete , entertaining, informative magazine. You already know the excellent interviews by Edvard himself, with the capable editor and 'pet' centerfold photographer Athena's photography as complement, but in this issue you will get the chance to learn more about 2 quite interesting sims thanks to an extensive reportage by the new staff member Beccha.

The sim reports, complete with photos, interviews and anything you could possibly wish to know, represent a true highlight and added value for the magazine, helping setting up the winter mood too! But there's plenty more for the reader to spot. With contributions from Jodi Sharple, Beequeen Smythe, Whimsical Aristocrat, and the continuous work by the editorial staff as well, Connoisseur is a great read any time of the year, and the direct responsible for all those pics of me that SL's cutest pretend jew flooded her flickr with. Have a wonderful rest of the holidays , everyone!
