An extremely moving and upsetting moment for me, for this blog, for Second Life, and our scene. We've lost somebody very special. For me somebody who represented everything that was good, fun, and creative about Second Life. Somebody who enjoyed being naughty of course. But, also kind, and caring. An inspiration to me personally on every project i ever embraked on to this day. If you are a Second Life Pornstar of many years you will know Hard was a Pioneer and a creative genius in the genre of "fun" Naughty Second Life Movies, along with his sims "Hard Alley" and "Retroville". Plus numurous other great projects. Just plain brilliance! He will always be missed.

If you knew Hard, or ever enjoyed his work, or creations, or spent time having fun in his superb sims. Then you may well wish to spend some time at this event.

Our love and best wishes are always with his soul mate Spirit. Our thoughts are with them both. <3

Surfer's Bay & Hard Alley Redux: Seize the moment and join in the fun!

This beginning of May is bringing exciting news to the fans of adult-themed entertainment in SL, and especially the Sexiest® Group members, always on the lookout for new locations to shoot, places to have fun at and opportunities to meet likeminded people.

Hard Alley has always been a place built around a simple, strong concept (heck, practically defined the SL Urban Sex Sim as we know it !), but more than that, it managed to build a strong, enthusiastic community that has been a leading force in the birth of the porn community as it is now. After an uninterupted run of nearly a decade and a constant evolution including the beauty that was Retroville, Hard Alley had to relocate a couple years ago in a 'downsized' fashion, continuing to host Official Pornstars Parties at the porn and sex friendly  Stroker Toyz sim, but without the wider scope of an urban complex stage of rough sex and filled with quirky secrets. Now those times come back again!
The amazing Hard Rust and his legacy will surely reach beyond eternity !

Ok someone obviously is feeding me lines here... So let me just shup at this point and post a..reducted version of the official notice about the 'old new' Hard Alley!

- Entry to Hard Alley is free and everyone is welcome. Take pictures, walk around, enjoy the shenanigans. However, you MUST be a member of the "Hard Alley: Redux" group to be able to utilize any of the furniture or to rez things.

- The Hard Alley: Redux group has a fee to join, but it's nominal. The reason why we are doing this is because we want a fun and safe place for people to play, plus it helps with basic costs and security. You will find that our fee is quite a bit less than other sims across the grid that charge way more for just access to the land.
NOTE: GROUP JOIN FEE IS $0 UNTIL MAY 15! JOIN EARLY AND SAVE!

- Role play, sex, forced sex, rape fantasies are allowed and encouraged, yet will not be required. You will see people having sex here. This will be a sex oriented sim, just like the old Alley. If you are not comfortable with these things, that's okay. You're more than welcome to take pictures and attend parties. Just please do not interfere with players. Do it how you want. What’s fun for one might not necessarily be fun for someone else. So be mindful of that and respect others.

- Hard Alley was founded with the idea that no one should dictate to you how you should have fun. HA provides a scenic backdrop. It’s up to each person to decide how they will enjoy it.

Surfer's regularly hosts entertaining hangouts with DJs that are part of our community and is home of contests and activities catered to the burstling photographic activity taking place there -  just as an example, today proudly they announced the name of the Baygirl of the month, Leannan McCormick, enough said!

I admit it, since the first impact with a new issue of SL Connoisseur is (obviously!) with its cover, I am always tempted to sprint through it to get to bask in the glory of a new pictorial by the wonderful Cream Release. Who has been shooting throughout these months with remarkable ability some of the brightest stars in the world of the SL adult entertainment scene (and me).
In this issue, it's the turn of multi-award winning photographer Spirit Demure-Rust.

SL Connoisseur tastes like strawberry and licorice! ...ok maybe not. Stick to reading it and don't try to lick it !

But as I browse through the magazine, the splashy pages of SL Connoisseur turn out to be molasses for the eyes, and I just have to keep digging in. You can't help but being appreciative of the efforts made by the committed and motivated staff under the direction of Edvard Taurion, whose contributions you won't see in other magazines on the scene, making SL Connoisseur a mag with a distinct individuality, and identity as well. A lifestyle magazine unlike any other. "Always original", as underlined in the intro by mr. Taurion.

Every interview is different from the next, and the personality of the interviewed is a huge difference!

On this issue, what the cover says and more. There are interviews with designers with close ties to our porn community such as Selina Anatra, and more 'mainstream' ones conducted by Asalah Blauvelt and the ever dependable Onisa Lundquist, who once more is in charge of the Pet of the Month pictorial...
This month it is the turn of Margarita ' Margie' Blanco and her new face!

The rest not so new but absolutely still in mint condition!!

And with Beccha being the vivacious explorer with interviews and reports from different locations. Including in this month's issue a trip to one location who is creating some buzz on flickr and around many 'insiders' of the industry, mantained by one person with solid porn accolades back in the day, Lorenz Beerbaum. We might have to talk about the Billionaire club a while again in the future.

Laura Richards's erotic story is the ideal closure for the magazine, ending it on a sophisticated, unique note.

So you are like "Kat, it's April", "Kat, you already used this title", I know. Well, madness tends to stick around long, ok? And this is my LATE coverage of the March issue of ...

Oh yes, I thoroughly enjoyed this issue of the magazine, and once more I have a long list of people to thank, starting off with my partner Marika Blaisdale, for putting up with me and providing the flawless and professional layout for the magazine here. Whenever I come up to her with the most extravagant last-minute requests, she is always able to make the issue happen.

My completely unbiased opinion is of course that you do have to check out this issue (duh!) because it's full of erotic juiciness dipped in photographic awesomesauce. I probably have to detail that with this writeup, but one thing Aroused does, is avoiding writeups (besides my opening logorrhea and the proper credits for every shoot) and use its stylishly put together pages to showcase fine graphics.

What Aroused does, is essentially to give a platform for exciting, creative, sensual artists to be, you know, actually exciting, creative and sensual. It's a magazine made with the contribution of many pornstars, and here I am gonna mention pretty much all of them, since it's pretty much the point of these posts, but does not identify itself with 'porn' as such. Oh you heard this a lot of times, though, and don't be mistaken. I am not going 'there', to that point where a magazine owner touts that they are 'not porn' because they put themselves above it, in a way.

What I mean is, that Aroused is all about the photography, all about the artists, and doesn't 'pre-judge' their work. What they want to portray, what they do. Does not shy away from publishing a well done explicit sex photoshoot, as it doesn't feel a need to protect them. The vaste majority of photos in this issue is what would amount to 'artistic nudes', but we are interested in an audience that can also appreciate what's behind, or rather, what goes in, a 'porn' shoot. That's why I was proud to have in this issue the magazine debut of an artist like PJ Thornton, who needs no presentation for our group members, and that authors so many inventive photoshoots and photos, inspired from a wide range of sources, from humor and pop-culture to real icons of traditional figurative art.

Oh but enough yapping: on this issue, the masterful work of Spirit Eleonara, the erotic perfection that is Lylah Landar, a double salvo from the returning Tammy Jones, Nicasio Ansar providing his usual colours and more, Rachel Avro wearing her photographer hat (and we'll see more of her soon again...), Cindy Frindy's professional artwork, and I can only say, that's just a fraction, as we were happy to involve one very naughty girl (big thanks to my compatriot Sidam for bringing her to my attention!) in Annabell Sauber, and the cover girl(s) Marika Djannovic and Aloyssia Hema outdid themselves with their respective photosets.

The Pornstars' Rack: Jiggle all the way!

Once more I speak about an award-winning beauty, and that is...

Well, this time I don't mean just the magazine itself - which was indeed recipient of an award earlier this year as Best SL Adult Magazine, tho! - but the beautiful (and bountiful) covergirl, a familiar and quite unmistakeable name, the lovely Rusty Seesaw, who was the winner of the coveted beauty pageant Miss Busty SL.

She's a Dancer, a Prancer, a Vixen, all in one: she's DoubleDeez !

Rusty is just the first of the many beauties you can spot in this xmas issue of the magazine, a 100% festive display with the usual...how else can I describe it if not 'top notch'? ...pin-up photoshoots punctuated with Xmas cards featuring a smorgasbord of curvy models that will put you quite in the mood! Some names of these "readers' xmas cards"? These are the introductory words from the publisher Rosa Rhiadra, coming from an issue I really enjoyed. Pro*vocative is a magazine made by active members of our adult artist community, but that clearly aims at a much wider audience. Not disappointing in this issue as well, with the usual impeccable editorial and photographic work by the fashion editor Partee, and by the contribution of the other Senior editor Ali Lancrae.

Ali knows how to shoot sexy models, but in Pro*vocative often shows also her talent for landscape photography.

Ali not only brought to the issue yet another very inspired overview of a splendid photography spot in Evergreen Nook, but also an interview with one of the most beloved and popular stars of our scene in Adele Simondsen. It's very easy for me to spend superlatives about the girl, but I am sure that as you'll check out the glamourous photography of Texas Rob McRae and read the usual, sincere positivity that Adele's words tend to radiate, you'll have to agree that it's one high note to close the issue on.
An issue that opened once again with an outstanding cover, from the featured artist of the month.... 



Undoubtably one of the best and Sexiest photographies of 2014, from Spirit and Hard ! And many more inside!

Yes, Pro*vocative had distinguished itself these months for the great quality of their covers, by some of the finest talents around. And this time, this talent happens to be one woman who needs no introduction, but needs you to read the issue, and her interview by Rosa.
This time she is the one being interviewed (I still remember her deliciously spicy shoot/interview she conducted last year for Thanskgiving), and I am gonna cut it short because there's nothing I can add at this point for this multiple Sexiest Award winner and nominee whose work has been picked already more than once on the SL webpage as Pic of the Day.

Stacy is one of the Pornstar models from the fashion feature by Partee in this issue, together with Mimi and Kei !

The Pornstars' Rack: Falling leaves - and tops too!

In yet another magazine post, there you have the award-winning beauty that is

Busted Magazine came out punctually on the first of the month, and archived the spookstravaganza of the Halloween special, brings us the usual mix of quality photoshoots, with a new photographer, new models (obviously), and yet a remarkable consistency in style and tone.

Now if it was a pecker she was petting, that would have been a very different picture.

Which in this issue had to be the warm tones of the autumn. This issue is one beautiful symphony of pinups painted with the warm tones of the season. It is a true pleasure to cover it because i get to mention the presence of some of the Sexiest and most friendly and active on the scene Pornstars.

And I do it right away happy to report that you will find on the mag the exotic beauty Urmeli Ellisson enhanced by Spirit Eleonara's photography, Mera Firelyte (Crystal Diabolito) shot in all her bodaceous beauty by Rachel Swallows, the exhuberant Firefox00001 shot by Domino Dupre, and how not to mention the covergirl: in a brilliant shoot by curves savant SolidX, a model in very high demand for a reason, rising porn star Brea Brianna.
And damn, Rachel Avro manages to sneak her way in this too, aided by the stars!

You can find a lot of youtube videos of cats in front of mirrors, but none quite acts like Mera here...

Busted would not be the well rounded magazine it is without the articles, supported by the impeccable photography by the owners Rachel and Be. Worth noting for the quality of the writeup combined with the pure artistry of both pics and subject, is the feature from The Grey Child artistic installation, with an interview with the creator.

I know I know, you purveyors of smut! you want to see the goodies, and trust me, you get plenty on Busted! The Pornstars' Rack : Friday the 32nd!

It's Friday the 13th, so which better day to put the highlight on some things that saw the light for Halloween but that I haven't 'reviewed' yet here on the blog. And of course I am talking about...

Aroused! Magazine



Halloween stimulated the creativity of all the artists involved, and it was a real joy, and actually made me a little nervous, to have to deal with such an abundance of excellent photoshoots. Aroused normally doesn't run themes, as it is entirely about the photographers' freedom, but this issue certainly had a distinct otherworldly flow to it.

DoubleDeez Dethly is one of the three sensationally beautiful models shot by Spirit in her 'Tones' photoset. 

It was really a beautiful adventure to put the issue together, and I believe the best tribute I can pay to the artists in it is saying how thankful I am for this - but I don't want to wait till Thanksgiving to make this post, especially because by then the NEW issue of Aroused will be out by then!
I can only say that it was impossible for me not to take this chance to put on the cover the wonderful Tatiana Easterwood in her juicy halloween scene, but it was also great to have on the teaser of the issue a pic from the sublimely crawly shoot Nicasio Ansar did with the, insert redudant adjective here, Ziekling Bunnyhug.



Adele Simondsen managed to sneak into yet another eerie pic and can now add 'Shadow Model' to her credentials.

And really, so many shoots of this issue captured the mood in a perfect way. From the darker side of Halloween with Nakuru's shoot with the bewitching Zynda, Adele Simondsen's moonlit erotica and Luigi Trappatoni's obscure nightmare (featuring also Junah, Erika Thorkveld, Fleur Coco, DarkAngel69 Vig, IlenaAphris, Leena BigBoots, Cindy Frindy, Erika Madazahatter), to the pastel tones of Lylah Landar getting treated with no tricks by Damien Godard in a candy paradise, and Cream Release wearing one costume that certainly makes it hard to keep 'Quiet' and would make her noticed in a desert as well.



For all the Metal Gears fans out there, something that is not just metal.

From the gorgeous colours of the autumn in Lara Dieterle's photoshoot to the ethereal atmospheres of Spirit's shoot with Double Deez, Kristal Kastle and Hyst Vicious, the issue opens with the Erotigacha 5 winner Melina Jameson and closes with a special dedication signed Athena Obviate, to her partner.
And in between, I had the pleasure to show a bit more of a place dear to me and increasingly popular amongst the pornstars crowd, thanks to the effort and talents of their regulars. I am talking of course of Brit-X. You know them for the Topless Tuesday party, for their magazine (latest issue came out yesterday!), and for the absolutely amazing sexiness they set Flickr on fire with, like it was Guy Fawkes on the 5th.

Club, promenade....also carwash and colonic clinic? Dunno! Check out the whole set in the mag to find out! 
Laredo and Paige did an excellent work as photographers, together with the wonderful Kat. Kassner of course.

I am really happy of the reception the magazine got in its release close to Halloween, it has been a real blast: I also received literally dozens of response for this 'ad' my partner invented , promoting a new initiative her naughty mind devised !

The Pornstars Rack: Halloweenniversary

Wow that's an awkward title. Well, it's like it has been Halloween for over a month, I know! But gonna squeeze in a few more themed posts about it, endure it ! This is not even about Halloween, it's about...

Pro*vocative Magazine



A little unusual formula for my normal episode of the pornstars' (magazine) rack, but Pro*vocative held a great party for a very special occasion, so I might as well slap a Hello! Pornstars logo here.... Talisker Braveheart took a series of lovely pictures of the event!

I am sure you recognize Pro*vocative senior editor Partee...and well, if you recognize the other senior editor Ali Lancrae in what is probably the most original Halloween costume of the season, props to you. Before I go on with the party pictures, I'm going to take a little time to post a pic by Partee that opens the issue, with a more classic look for all the staff members included even in full Halloween swing, and then simply use this chance to wish this Avi choice nominated publication a great run for years to come.

Pro*vocative is one of the most complete magazines out there, mantained by some of the most hardworking and popular members of the Sexiest® Pornstars group. It's provocative as its namesake suggests of course, but also informative (which would make a really boring magazine name, i know), thanks to the always punctual fashion reports by Partee, location shots and interviews by Ali, and all the extra features brought by Rosa's interviews, with supporting photography by the other staffers like Spirit Eleonara.



This issue brings as special treat a little 'Where are they now?"-sort of feature, showing the monthly featured artists from the past months, and a pornstar icon brought to you by another one of the Sexiest® people around, who manages to sneak into yet another magazine issue, and by virtue of her own work: Rachel Avro interviews Miss Emily. Enjoy some more party action - ah by this week I swear I am done with all these - and we are so looking forward to see the next issue!
