I'll start from what is usually the conclusion of the article, and that's mentioning the 'social' side of this magazine release!

After all, that is how SL Connoisseurs begins now traditionally the issue: with a sexy roundup of partygoers who elect to enjoy an entertaining couple of hours of DJ Onisa's music and meeting the staff of the magazine as they enter the raffle brought to you by Edvard. We know that everyone dreams of a magazine spread or to show their creations, so special events like this are a must. If you want a tip: dress to impress if you can, perhaps with something that shows your assets properly! Read the magazine and you'll find out easily why I say so.

Lesley brings her talent and beauty to this issue in more than one way. But hey, something for the ladies too!

 Yes, yes, I say every time to 'read' it: that's because the staffers of SL Connoisseur certainly offer a professional writeup about those things that can help you improve your SL. I am talking about Edvard Taurion's work obviously, as he puts in magazine form the kind of presentation he has years of blogging experience in, with the obvious enhancements the format allows. But also the location reporter, Midnight Darkness. And even more about the talented fashion reporters. Such as the fashion editor Onisa Lundquist and the delightful Lesley Aristocrat, who in this issue brings us a name some of our group members are familiar with , Detron Seorn.

The self proclaimed magazine killer Selina Anatra is featured in this issue!

 In fact, Edvard features in the magazine regularly a variety of designers who are not part of the adult community, let alone its subset we call the 'porn scene', but in this issue we have at least one more name that we are well familiar with, seen at parties and may have entertained some banter with, no surprise who that one is! Ah yes, the selection of products presented will certainly entertain you - I could tell you that there's a tank made of waffles with a big wiener turret, but obviously you would not believe me. Right?

If you wanted to admire Lesley's intense eyes, suit yourself...what, are you distracted by something?

So yes, a magazine to 'read' , but I haven't forgotten about the T&A factor, would be criminal to do so in a porn blog post! There's plenty that could be said about that. I will always praise the work of the sweet Cheryl Reddevil: her Pet of the Month feature sees Lesley as pin up, and she captured with proficiency her quirky exhuberance. And aaaall of her inviting curves! I am now spending a few extra words about Kristina Deschanel, who confirms to be a gem of a collaborator and so very versatile. She's without a doubt a very underrated talent, but the magazine gives her a chance to shine and show her array of skills.

One more shot besides the cover, because I really like fountains.

In every post about this magazine since her first day on the job I felt compelled to praise her for 'binding the book' so to speak, as Executive Technical Editor. She always does support photos in articles, and takes the 'action' shots during parties, which are a skill (and a biiig chore!) in itself. This month she was tasked with the cover and centerfold, and she delivered! That of course with the aid of a model that you'd be hard pressed to make look bad, one of the brightest stars and most gorgeous and unique beauties on the scene, the one and only Zuby Gloom.

A new month, and new magazines populate the virtual newstands! We are always happy on the Pornstars blog to give coverage to publications who have strong ties with the world of adult entertainment and the personalities of this scene (IM me for details anytime). And the most consistent for well over a year has certainly been SL Connoisseur in the person of his owner and publisher Edvard Taurion.

Suki is one sultry beauty and a perfect Pet of the Month for Cheryl to shoot!

Houses, boats...and boat houses! Well what a way to combine the best of two worlds then! Jokes aside, SL Connoisseur is an important magazine for our community with its lifestyle mag ambitions: together with the valuable shopping tips promotes something to me even more valuable: the talent and skill of its staffers. The work done by the people who committed to this monthly effort is remarkable, as the magazine operates with the criteria of efficiency and professionality that have been the trademark of Edvard Taurion in his blogging career.

Edvard illustrates several products through the magazine, with the level of professionalism he has built his name on.

So, a big praise to Cheryl Reddevil for her Pet of the Month pictorial featuring the always beautiful Suki (Masuki Silvansky), to the cover artist Eva Brunswick for her feature of Tatiana Easterwood, to Lesley Aristocrat who brings quality photography on top of her always sexy and cute presence in the interviews, to Midnight Darkness for her sim coverage, and of course to Onisa Lundquist, party dj and long term fashion editor - her article this month feature one of the most popular designers in SL and a personal favourite of mine! - plus the precise work by Kristina Deschanel both editing the magazine and taking the pictures for the release party. Uh-uh, because....

There IS going to be a release party, as you can imagine! Edvard has been having fun with those, and it's always amusing to look at your partygoer self stare at you from the magazine pages. Onisa will bring her tunes and her sexy voice, Ed, Kristina and the others will be there, and so...You will have to be there! A lot about our 'business' is based on self-promotion and being proactive, so if I were you I would not miss the opportunity !  So be at the party Tuesday 4th, starting at 11 AM SLT!

Produced by the leading reviewer of adult furniture and equipment in SL Edvard Taurion and assembled by Kristina Deschanel with the contribution of several members of the Sexiest Pornstars group, this magazine is now at its 15th issue. The Pet of the Month Osiris shown in all her glory by Cheryl

The eye-candy that a magazine of this demographic has to provide is always delivered through a quality centerfold. I should say, centerfolds, because the magazine is not just about the girl who ends on the cover, but also about the Pet of the Month. These are in a way the photoshoots I look forward to the most, as they often showcase real gems of models who get a chance to put some good photos in their portfolio. It's the case of Osiris LeShelle! The fact that this month again the photography comes from my big photo crush Cheryl Reddevil is just added value!

Lesley had a solid debut in her first article - who would think that caterpillars can be fashion statements?

Cheryl was an inspired addition to the SL Connoisseur family, and the magazine manages to keep a regular schedule with new contributors this issue as well. The new faces include a new 'sim girl' by the name of Midnight Darkness, and a name that I knew would make an impact in our community having witnessed the multiple shoots she has been part of, and having admired her helpful attitude and professionalism on set of (yet another!) alien movie I was involved in. I am talking about Leslie Aristocrat, who completes the roundup of the fashion reporters together with the beautiful and silky voiced Onisa Lundquist. New material from Edvard, new erotic story - one blissful idyll at the sauna for Laura Richards and Severina - and the covergirl for this issue, photographed by Eva Brunswick. Rhiannon Skinstad has consistently been a friend of the porn world and a memorable model in photoshoots, so it was a pleasure to see her bring her sexy curves to the centerfold!

As usual, SL Connoisseur will have a party for this release. You know all the "hey , parties are good to meet people, photographers" talk? Well for sure this party will improve your chances to be in a new issue, and I am not just talking about the fact that you WILL for sure be in the party photos that will open April's issue! Awww it's February! We are headed towards Valentine's Day. To the joy of some and the gagging sounds of many others! So all the singles out there, let's brace ourselves for what's coming and dive into this latest issue of...

It's a full fledged Valentine issue, all hearts and cupids and cuteness! How else could have been, though. It's SL and there's no room for a Grinch on xmas, or for hatin' on the couples on V-day! And this issue does everything to be likeable, starting with that cheeky intro by Ed...

Laura Richards is such a workaholic, with her photography and writing and...well, check out this issue!

For sure this is the biggest news about the magazine. There is a new Executive Photography Editor in this issue, and it's a name pleasantly familiar to those who have been following porn and these pages in particular. Eva Brunswick is the covergirl and centerfold of this issue, and her debut in the role upholds the very high standard the magazine had from its inception thanks to the talents of Cream.

Pet of the month n°1, Murderdolls24 (or 29, I am losing count!)

Eva needs no presentation, but neither do the other new and exciting contributors, showcasing their talents as photographers as well as their beauties. Who are the two new Editors of the issue? One is the long term pornstars from Crimea, Murderdolls: I had the chance to work with her in the past and her enthusiasm and positive attitude make me look forward to see her in this new role. Her photography in this shoot captures quite well her trademark ritzy styling.

Don't look at the bear, I haven't hidden any camera in its left eye, what are you talking about?

The other Pet of the month is someone I'd happily take as my pet, or pet her all day (and night) long and...well, ok this is a rather creepy way to look at it, I apologize! But I do unapologetically love Cheryl Reddevil's look and photography, and I am thrilled to see her being part of the SL Connoisseur team with one exclusive shoot.

With a cupid like Kayla, keeping focused on your date might be extra difficult!

As it happens with any team united for a common goal especially in SL, there are times when RL and various committments take over, and this marks the last issue with Kayla Bombastic's travel diaries. It's sad for me to report it, and she gets to give a heartfelt goodbye in her last piece. Kayla, who already matured magazine experience before showing a knack for organization and writing, has been a contributor for 6 issues of the mag and filled in big shoes for a very important role, and passes the torch already in this issue to Danielle Mannequin.

 As we many times pointed out, SL Connoisseur is built from the experience of a SL businessman, aka Edvard Taurion. The magazine does its duty of showcasing fashion thanks to Onisa Lundquist's features and Edvard's interviews, supported by Kristina Deschanel's photography and magazine editing skills.
