We have a saying in Italy translating roughly as "Do not shoot on the Red Cross", meaning to not take aim at easy targets. I won't! So..

What I will most definitely do, though, is to tell you to grab the Euro 2016 Xtra issue of Brit-X, also called "Issue 13B". Having been spoiled by the latest issues and the fantastic quality and variety of pictorials, models featured, photographers and different features such as Laredo's '5 questions',you may see this themed special might as a little lighter in size than the normal Brit-X, and it is labeled 13B rather than a proper issue 14.

You can see how the quality of women soccer is sharply improving, and with babes like Paige, ratings will too!

Like I said, it's just because Kat and Laredo have spoiled us rotten! The issue has seven photoshoots, and I'd gladly show you at least one photo from all of them because their quality deserves it. Featuring the Brit-X girls Holly Arkright, Paige Snowpaw, Roxxxy Foxdale (twice over) and Kat Kassner herself, plus from the great city of Belgium Leffe Levenque and from the boot of Europe another Kat, this issue is a must-have.

Yes the football theme can sometimes make these 'special's look outdated as the competition progresses (although most of the teams mentioned did pass the turn....well, a couple exceptions)

I try not to blog 'my' stuff too much, but the work done by Marika in this shoot was really fruitful!

Marika Blaisdale-Cazalet, owner of Aroused! Magazine and highly regarded SL Adult star - both behind and in front of a virtual camera - presents her first Brit-X photo assignment for Issue 12. It's a privilege to host her work upon our pages. She is joined this month by the talented duo of Dag (aka Gideaninja Dagger) and CC (aussiecc) whose work we are equally delighted to feature! "

Kat's foreword continues, but you get the idea: you just see the list of models and collaborations to the magazine for this anniversary issue, and I cannot help but feel really privileged to have been a part of it. Throughout the 12 issues of Brit-X and nearly 80 photoshoots, the magazine featured the work of 20 photographers, with Laredo and Kat Kassner doing the majority of the work, and gave exposure to dozens of models, many of them at their absolute magazine debut.


The ever gorgeous Racheal Rexen and CC are not stranger to each other artistically, first shoot for Brit-X though!

A huge thanks to Kat and the Brit-X crew for the gift to the adult arts community that this magazine is, and I look forward to all the new exciting initiatives that they will put together! With so many memorable parties having taken place at their now fully renewed sim, there's lots of fun to be had !

Yes, certain aspects of the porn world work much better when considered in pairs, and when I think of the magazine Brit-X I cannot help but think of their crew and be reminded of their fun parties happening, in perfect Topless Tuesday tradition.
Have you checked out their latest issue already? To quote the magazine editor and co-owner Kat Kassner, "this extravaganza of T and A I will hereon refer to as "Issue 11!" ?

To sum it up quickly, plenty sexy pin-up shoots, complete with posters, by and with members of our community. I am quite fond of debuts as you know, and The Notorious B.E.N. shows he has what it takes to be in a magazine with photos of the quality Brit-X's readers (well, lookers) are used to. Bringing to their pages porn darling Margarita Blanco  in a shoot that manages to keep the high standard of the many pictorials we have previously seen her in.

But, there's more, as the issue is"a blend of returning hotties and sexy debutants".
Returning like the gorgeous and talented Holly Arkright, two times now covergirl as photographer and model. Laredo Lowtide again gives their debut to two sultry beauties, Kayleigh and Gee, and oh, did I just mention Kat?

Kat, Laredo and their network of new and 'historic' friends and collaborators gravitating towards the Britannia sim in its different incarnations always ends up getting my interest. Not just because they have been and are generally quite active on Flickr, but also because of the many other initiatives that help bringing a fresh perspective to the mix in the 'porn' scene. Their parties are always a highlight of the week in my book, and as the mag is about to celebrate its 12th issue, the list of talents who got their first magazine shoot or cover thanks to them is truly impressive.

The Brit-X December issue, of course!
Yes, I love to see quality pictorials , it's one of the reasons why magazines deserve attention in the crowded world of SL photography. And this issue of Brit-x doesn't fail to deliver that, gift-wrapping for you sensational models!

Could someone named 'Holly' miss the Xmas issue of the magazine?Thanks to Carter's set , she did not!

This issue's official lineup sees two jaw-dropping beauties shot by Laredo Lowtide in his usual creative fashion and with yet another cover-quality effort, plus a photo spread of a sophisticated looking Roxxxy Foxdale by Nicasio Ansar, Adele Simondsen always ready to leave her mark in a festive issue, and Sasquatch Rhino catching Partee in her natural habitat.

Carter Holloway also does double duties shooting magazine owner and exemplar model Kat Kassner, and the equally stunning Holly Arkright. Kat and another true Brit-x girl, the already mentioned Roxxy, are also the final models of Carter's Advent Calendar project (darn, it's really over between him and Dolly I guess...): just one little reference to one of the most remarkable projects in our SL xmas, which put me in a rather festive mood, too!



Not on the magazine, but it's topical, festive and they are ALL part of this issue, so come on!

I must say that the addition of the 'Brit-x Xtra' section is another testament to the sheer beauty of the girls that you can normally see on this magazine, and that appear or have appeared already and certainly will appear again in dedicated photoshoots. Brit-X is also the only magazine so far to release posters, and trust me when I tell you, that they are certainly worth a look, and even have a place at your establishment. And you can look at all this for free, of course, through in-world kiosks, asking Kat Kassner or Laredo Lowtide a copy, or seriously, just on Marketplace!

Adele is a gorgeou Santa baby in her own shoot, and graces the'Xtra'section too, with Margie,Paige and other hotties!

Simply enough, I cannot wait till the regular parties at Brit-X will beging again, after the bittersweet time that holidays on SL are, where people can end up being busier with their RL than during the regular work schedule. Brit-X has brought us many fun nights and thankfully Kat, Laredo and the crew keep bringing quality photography to the adult entertainment scene. A huge thank you to them, and I hope the new year will bring great news for their various enterprises!

Hmm, I wonder what's best. Conduct candy racketeering in the neighbourhood, or wait a few days longer and burn some guy at the stake?

Ahhh why choosing! Let's have it both ways. The guys at Brit-X choose to celebrate with their issue both Halloween and Guy Fawkes' day, and the results are really impressive.

The issue features as photographers in addition to regular contributors Laredo Lowtide, Kat Kassner, Roxxxy Foxdale and Holly Arkright, also the return of the very talented Cream Release and the addition of photoshoots by Nakuru Bergamasco and Bill Ryker. The models presented are as usual stunning: together with the aforementioned Kat, Roxxxy, Holly and Cream who appear in their own photoshoot, we have Adele Simondsen (by Nak), Margarita Blanco (by Bill), Katina Cazalet (by Laredo). But don't be dissuaded by that last one, all the other models i swear are hot, pornstars or not!

The lineup is impressive, and this 'special' really feels as such. Sensual erotic shoots, with the occasional bit of fun typical of Brit-x and in full Halloween spirit. And getting the magazine, you walk home with posters, too! It's on MP!

But of course as you know you can also keep yourself up to date browsing the magazine on the web. Since it's Tuesday, I tell you what: come at the always fun Topless Tuesday bash at Brit-x club, and while you are at it, you might want to drop by at the Guy Fawkes exhibit.

It's a fun one to visit, and there's also something you should NOT forget: the photo contest linked to the exhibit! Don't tell me you forgot about it. Well, read back the rules (in short: take a picture there, upload it to this flickr group. There. Easy. Do it. By November the 3rd), and if you are not interested in history and the likes, you still will get a laugh. And lots of sexy girls hanging out before, after and during the party, at Brit-x! Just sayin'!

Don't wanna be redundant with my posts, because I am sure you are getting more and more familiar with the world of Britannia. No, not that one...That's such a 90s reference. This has more than one Avatar and much sexier ones.

You can see already, after her wonderful pictorial in the first issue, the delightful Cream Release takes the spotlight thanks to a beautifully produced photoshoot of her own. Lots of colour and full of life, in the magazine owner and editor Kat's words, and I certainly agree. I am a fan of Laredo Lowtide's darker photoshoots, and so I am enamoured with his set with Ali Lancrae, but equally gorgeous is his rendition of Jewell Infinity, gracing yet another SL magazine with a pristine view of her avi.

Looks like Tasa is leaning to the left too.

To complete the lineup, a playful shoot of Tasanee by Melina Jameson, and Holly Arkright, always a perfect display for the camera of Kat Kassner. Who appears as well, and that can only be a good thing! Of course, you will bring home with this issue assorted posters of the beauties featured.

The third issue of the magazine was launched during a party at the eponymous club. No casualties.

With parties happening every Tuesday at the club and a great all-pornstars cast, you can see Britannia being a great part of the adult arts community, with some really exciting initiatives to be announced very soon.
Kat, Laredo and the Britannia gang have a very useful outlet for communications and announcements in their blog. They actively use it and the whole issue is actually avalaible for you to browse there, page by page.

Issue 26 was a very special issue for Aroused, marking exactly one year in the business for what I thought was such a crazy idea when it was pitched to me by this 'newcomer' to porn. And still, here we are now.

You know my usual format for magazine posts by now: just showing a hint of what you find in there, with a preference for the Pornstars featured. I've actually been asked twice to do photos or other things for a magazine, and each time, this made me feel very special. Doing your things and posting on Flickr or a blog is one thing. Everybody can do that. But being chosen by the creator of a magazine because of the quality of your work is really something else. But after the first pride moment, you think, 'Wait a minute… Will the mag be any good?'. And I have to say I've been very lucky here, because both times, they were really great and very professional, which made me feel even more special!

From Issue 20, Sandra with Ansariel Hiller ' i used a totally new way of dealing with colors and shadows and managed to have a wonderful effect, with people praising me for it. A real surprise !'

It is the first time i am part of a "crew" for such a Magazine, and i feel blessed and honored. And lucky, for this Magazine is really of the highest quality with awesome photographers. So far my works were only massively displayed on flickr but had little recognition in-world. Thanks Marika for trusting me !

From Issue 16, Catherine Milena by Whims. 'I am very passionate about lighting and in that series, and in that particular photo, I felt I got the lighting just right.'

Aroused! has a really lovely approach for photographers,  with a lot of freedom and acceptance of everyone having different tastes and approaches, so I felt really at home just doing my thing.

The other thing about this is that it has such a positive impact on your photography. I'm essentially a lazy girl and having deadlines and coming up with creative ideas for series of images sort of pushed me and I think improved my work in many ways, both creatively and in quality.

Melina Jameson chose to pick a photo by and with Kiki Ergenthal's shoot in issue 15, and she tells us why!

Besides my own work, I am picking definitely the photoset Kiki did! I just love how this girl handles her colors and how she makes her pics looking so erotic when the subject is not indulged in porn action! Love her work!

If i remember right, i was one of the first to have my work featured in the mag...I was like "You serious you want this mag to get published and do well? You shouldnt be asking me!" But Maribabe insisted...so I said yes...and I guess the feedback we got from it was quite good...surprising to me even but good either way. Having her trust me to do something for her mag and giving me her vote of confidence really meant a lot...I am not even sure i have ever told her but...yeah...it was a big ego boost to be asked.

I remember when Marika first asked me to be in the magazine...I was so excited and did a shoot for her almost straight away. I love to show my work in this magazine and Marika is such an adorable person to work with! This is the best mag out there guys!

I was just starting as a rookie SL photographer when I saw Aroused, I think I did approach Marika and she was very kind in hearing my questions about being a contributor and she gave the privilege of be guest photographer. I can't be more thankful to her and the Aroused readers who gave me this opportunity. Aroused is a luxury product and it took my work to the level it is today. 
I don't think I would be doing what I do without Aroused magazine.

All that talk about the possibility of a hung parliament in Uk? It was all wishful thinking for the release of

Opinion polls didn't quite get right the outcome of what happened last week across The Channel, but all your erection election problems will be solved when you look at this uber-exticing issue.

Rachel was doing well in the Britannia elections, until someone figured out she's canadian, eh!

Kat Kassner does it again with a new issue of this handy magazine, again completed by sexy posters. The photography here is top notch, as I said for the first issue. Laredo Lowtide once more brings artwork so vivid and powerfully sensual (I am in love with his portrayal of his second model -someone drag her into p0rn, please!), and his work is well complemented by the talent of Melina Jameson, shooting her favourite subject here.

Flowers. That's what her favourite subject is.

The bodaceous Britannia girls display their talents (and their massive boobs, of course) also providing their own shoots. The ridicolously sexy covergirl Holly Arkright is a gorgeous sight in her photos, and Paige Snowpaw returns in this issue with an effort in monochrome, fruit of a collaboration with Kat.



Now that would be some fine material to wrap your fish 'n chips with!
