Upon her lovely lilting face
Whispered echoes of amazing grace
As chords of colored light reflected
Sounds by only eyes detected.
A melodious symphonic rendering
That is hope and Loves’ engendering
Begins with orbs so earnest and true
From the deepest swirling pools of blue.
Lips and mouth so full and rich
Smiles and pouts that do bewitch
A landscape smooth, and so soft aglow
As sunlight on newly fallen snow.
Hair in curls like Weeping Willows
Upon soft shoulders cascades and billows
A face that could launch a thousand hearts
Making them beat in "fits and starts".
But that which I ponder most of all
Although so many, this face enthralls
When searching for its’ hearts true place
It comes to rest upon my face. ... Steven Robles
